Made under the voluntary assisted dying act 2019 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the voluntary assisted dying act 2019 commencement proclamation 2021. The voluntary assisted dying act 2019, other than part 1 division 1, comes into operation on 1 july 2021.
