These regulations are the children and community services amendment regulations (no. 2) 2020. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest commence the day after. These regulations amend the children and community services regulations 2006. Part 1a is inserted after regulation 3, prescribing reports under the dangerous sexual offenders act 2006 for the purposes of section 24a(1)(d)(ii).
