Pursuant to powers delegated under the Bush Fires Act 1954, the Assistant Commissioner of the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, declared under Section 22A of the Bush Fires Act 1954, a total fire ban for 1 February 2024 for the local government districts of— Chittering, Gingin, Mundaring, Swan, Armadale, Kalamunda, Gosnells, Serpentine-Jarrahdale, Murray, Collie, Dardanup, Harvey, Waroona, Busselton, Augusta-Margaret River, Bridgetown-Greenbushes, Boyup Brook, Donnybrook-Balingup, Manjimup, Nannup, Toodyay.

Amends the prohibited burning times for the Shire of Bridgetown-Greenbushes to be from December 1 to March 31.
