Pursuant to Section 33(1) of the Bush Fires Act 1954, the City of Greater Geraldton gives notice that owners of land within the district are required to undertake specified works within specified time frames. Failure to comply is an offence with a penalty of up to $5,000. The City may carry out uncompleted requisitions and recover costs. This notice applies to all properties owned in the City of Greater Geraldton.
