Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice number MA407 as published in the Government Gazette on 22 September 2017 and notice MA401 as published in the Government Gazette on 2 December 2025 and close the following waters to all motorised vessels other than those vessels authorised and approved by the Mid West Ports Authority within the following area—Town Beach: All those waters of Champion Bay bounded by a line from the end of the Fitzgerald Street groyne (28°46.365′S, 114°36.373′E) to 28°46.341′S, 114°36.363′E (approximately 50 metres north-north-westerly); thence to 28°46.114′S, 114°36.513′E (approximately 485 metres north-north-easterly); thence to 28°46.133′S, 114°36.543′E (on the main breakwater of the Batavia Coast Marina approximately 60 metres south-easterly). All coordinates based on GDA 2020.
