These regulations are the public sector management (general) amendment regulations (no. 2) 2020. These regulations come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on 30 november 2020. These regulations amend the public sector management (general) regulations 1994. Delete regulation 5(b).
