These regulations amend the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Regulations 1982. They relate to common law claims, variation of certain amounts, prescribed diseases, and presumption of work-related injury. They also specify COVID-19 as a prescribed disease and certain employment types as prescribed employment for COVID-19.
