Ministerial direction to the Regional Power Corporation regarding the Renewable Energy Buyback Scheme (REBS) and the Distributed Energy Buyback Scheme (DEBS). The corporation must continue to purchase renewable source electricity from existing REBS customers and eligible REBS applicants, with some limitations. New applications for REBS will be received for a limited period. The corporation must report REBS costs to the Coordinator.
