Enacts the Shire of Mt Marshall Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2024 throughout the district.

Shire of Mt Marshall Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2024 applies throughout the district and is made in accordance with subdivision 2 of Division 2 of Part 3 of the Local Government Act 1995. The local law will come into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. The Local Government may establish a Bush Fire Brigade for the purpose of carrying out Normal Brigade Activities.
