Enacts the Shire of Mt Marshall Bush Fire Brigades Local Law.

The council of the Shire of Mt Marshall resolved on 17 June 2025 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Bush Fires Act 1954 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Mt Marshall Bush Fire Brigades Local Law.
