I, Donald Punch, Acting Minister for Planning for the State of Western Australia, pursuant to section 265 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 ('the Act'), hereby delegate all Ministerial functions under section 83A of the Act, in relation to such proposed local planning schemes or amendments identified in column 1, by such officers of the Western Australian Planning Commission ('WAPC') and Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage ('Department') as identified in column 2, subject to such conditions specified in column 3, as set out in Table 1 below.
