This instrument is the West Coast Demersal Gillnet and Demersal Longline Interim Managed Fishery Management Plan Amendment 2023. The amendments are to the West Coast Demersal Gillnet and Demersal Longline Interim Managed Fishery Management Plan 1997. Amends clause 3, inserts clause 26B, replaces clause 27, and inserts Schedule 9, which defines areas permanently closed to fishing by demersal gillnet.
