Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14 december 2017, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to him care of clement & co, lawyers, unit 2, 12 sutton street, mandurah wa by 28 february 2018, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
