Made under the births, deaths and marriages registration amendment (change of name) act 2020 section 2(1)(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the births, deaths and marriages registration amendment (change of name) act 2020 commencement proclamation 2022. The births, deaths and marriages registration amendment (change of name) act 2020, other than sections 1 to 3, comes into operation on 1 october 2022.
