Made under the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 section 2(e) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 Commencement Proclamation (No. 2) 2022. The Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 Part 2 Division 2 comes into operation on 12 September 2022.
