For the purposes of section 70 of the Road Traffic Act 1974 and the provisions of the Road Traffic (Blood Sampling and Analysis) Regulations 1975, Hazpak Pty Ltd is an approved body. The classes of persons approved to prepare sampling equipment are the Managing Director, Operations Manager, QA Facilitator and Team Leader employed by Hazpak Pty Ltd.
