Alex Lyon, delegated by the Minister, and acting pursuant to section 6.28(1) of the Local Government Act 1995, has determined that the method of valuation to be used by the City of Swan as the basis for a rate in respect of the land referred to in the Schedule is to be the gross rental value of the land, effective from 17 August 2026.
