These rules are the Supreme Court Rules Amendment (Court of Appeal) Rules 2021. These rules come into operation as follows: Part 1 on the day on which these rules are published in the Gazette; the rest of the rules on 3 May 2021. This Part amends the Supreme Court (Court of Appeal) Rules 2005.
