Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Town of Victoria Park resolved to make the following local law on the 16th February 2021. The purpose of this local law is to prescribe the value of a penalty unit for the purposes of modified penalties expressed in penalty units under other local laws. The value of a penalty unit is $10.00.
