I, kristian hartley dawson, executive director, resource tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the mining act 1978, hereby extends the exemption originally declared on 3 february 2015 and published in the government gazette dated 13 february 2015 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from divisions 1 to 5 of part iv of the mining act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 1 february 2025.
