Order approving a scheme to vary the charitable trusts established by the will of Cecily Patricia Lindsey. The scheme involves replacing the Western Australian Campaign to Save Native Forests with the South-West Forests Defence Foundation Inc, and replacing the Western Australian Environment Centre with the Conservation Council of Western Australia Inc and Environment House Incorporated.
