Under section 23(2b) of the Act and clause 5(1) of the Soil and Land Conservation District) Order 1993 the following members are appointed to the land conservation district committee for the Yallingup Land Conservation District—(a) on the nomination of the Shire of Busselton: Cr John McCallum of Busselton.
