Made by the chief psychiatrist under section 539 of the Mental Health Act 2014; this order may be cited as the Mental Health (Authorised Mental Health Practitioners) Order (No. 1) 2019. Clause 3 designates the mental health practitioners specified in Schedule 1 to this order as authorised mental health practitioners.
