This Order, cited as the Mental Health (Authorised Mental Health Practitioners) Revocation Order (No. 4) 2026, revokes the designation of several mental health practitioners as authorised mental health practitioners. The order comes into operation in two stages: clauses 1 and 2 on the day of Gazette publication, and clause 3 the day after.
