Made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 23 (2d) of the Soil and Land Conservation Act 1945 on the recommendation of the Minister for Agriculture and Food. Amends the Soil and Land Conservation (Yallingup Land Conservation District) Order 1993 regarding the committee composition, specifying 13 members including representatives from the Commissioner of Soil and Land Conservation and the Shire of Busselton.
