It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Melville Local Planning Scheme No. 6 on 3 August 2026 for the purpose of rezoning Lot 40 (52) Davies Crescent, Kardinya from 'Residential R40' zone to 'Residential R60' zone and amending the scheme map accordingly.
