Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 june 2016, are required by the estate’s administrator, to send particulars of their claims c/- butlers, lawyers & notaries, [contact details redacted] 6009 within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the estate’s administrator may convey or distribute the assets of the deceased’s estate, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
