Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 2 january 2019, are required by the estate’s trustee, care of butlers, lawyers & notaries, [contact details redacted] 6009, to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the estate’s trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
