LA401 TRANSFER OF LAND ACT 1893 APPLICATION P585664 Take notice that Janice Norma May Cane has made application to be registered under the Transfer of Land Act 1893 (“Act”) as proprietor of an estate in fee simple in possession in the land situated at 100 Johnson Road Alma WA 6535 being Part Lot 508 (formerly Victoria Location 508) as originally surveyed on Deposited Plan 231506 (formerly District Plan Victoria 11), containing 15.564 hectares more or less, being a portion of the land originally granted in Country Enrolment 3058 now comprised in Memorial Book XXVIII-764 (the “Land”) All persons other than the applicant claiming any estate right title or interest in the above Land and desiring to object to the application are required to lodge with Landgate on or before 2nd February 2026 a caveat forbidding the land being brought under the operation of the Act.
