These regulations amend the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Regulations 1986. Schedule 1 Division 1 heading is deleted and replaced with: Division 1 โ Awards under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Commonwealth) and awards given continuing effect under the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009 (Commonwealth). Item 15 is inserted after Schedule 1 Division 1 item 14.
