These regulations are the construction industry portable paid long service leave amendment regulations 2018. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest on 1 January 2019. These regulations amend the construction industry portable paid long service leave regulations 1986. Regulation 8 is amended by deleting โ1.20%โ and inserting: 1.10%
