Notice to all owners and/or occupiers of land in East Fremantle to clear flammable matter from land by November 30th each year. Requirements vary based on land size, including slashing/mowing to 100mm height or clearing 3-meter firebreaks. Firebreaks must be maintained until March 31st. Applications for alternative firebreak positions must be made by November 3rd. Failure to comply may result in a fine of up to $5000 and cost recovery for work performed by the Council. Burning is prohibited.
