It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Town of East Fremantle Local Planning Scheme No. 3 on 3 August 2026 for the purpose of inserting an item into Schedule 2: Additional Use Sites and Requirements for Lots 66-69 and Lot 622 May Street, East Fremantle, designating them as A16 for Single House (A) use, and amending the Scheme map accordingly.
