Cancels the incorporation of an association due to failure to show cause.

Notice Text
On 05 October 2020 the Commissioner for Consumer Protection served a notice informing that if the Association did not show cause on or before 60 days after the day on which the notice was given the incorporation of the Association would be cancelled. The Association did not show cause within the Allowed Period. On 04 January 2021 the Commissioner gave notice in writing stating that the Commissioner proposed to make an order cancelling their incorporation after the expiration of 28 days from the day on which the notice was given. The Association did not apply to SAT for a review within the period specified. Therefore, the Commissioner orders that the incorporation of the above named Association be cancelled with effect on and from the date of this order.
