These regulations amend the Building Services (Registration) Regulations 2011. They come into operation in stages, commencing on the day of gazettal, with further parts commencing on 1 July 2024, 1 July 2025, and 1 July 2027. The regulations relate to building engineering practitioners and contractors, including insurance requirements and prescribed titles.
