Made under the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Amendment Act 2023 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Swan and Canning Rivers Management Amendment Act 2023 Commencement Proclamation 2023. The Swan and Canning Rivers Management Amendment Act 2023, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
