The council of the Shire of Murray resolved on 27 July 2023, to make the following local law under the Bush Fires Act 1954 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Murray Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2023 and will come into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. It applies throughout the district of the Shire of Murray.
