It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Murray Local Planning Scheme amendment on 4 November 2020 for the purpose of— modifying the scheme map to rezone Lot 221 Lakes Road and parts of Lot 400 Paterson Road, Nambeelup from ‘Rural’ to ‘Industrial Development—Nambeelup’ zone.
