The council of the Town of Cottesloe resolved on 28 February 2023 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. This local law is the Town of Cottesloe Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2023. It comes into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. The purpose is to provide for the regulation, control and management of parking within the local government.
