It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Cottesloe Local Planning Scheme amendment on 18 October 2019 for the purpose of inserting a new subclause 3(b) under Schedule 15 regarding Lot 92 Marine Parade, Cottesloe (Seapines Site) and renumbering subsequent subclauses.
