The boundaries of Lalang-gaddam Marine Park are altered to include additional waters so that the Lalang-gaddam Marine Park comprises the part of Western Australian waters represented in Schedule 1. The area represented in Schedule 1 is reserved as a marine park, to be known as the Lalang-gaddam Marine Park, and classified as Class A.
