The boundaries of Mayala Marine Park are altered to include additional waters, comprising Lot 551 and Lot 556 on Deposited Plan No. 423632, and Mayala Marine Park described by the Mayala Marine Park Order 2022, published in the Government Gazette of 5 July 2022 and depicted on Deposited Plan No. 423634. The area is reserved as a marine park, to be known as the Mayala Marine Park, and classified as Class A.
