Cancels the incorporation of four unnamed associations due to failure to show cause.

Notice Text
On 04 October 2021 the Commissioner for Consumer Protection served a notice on four named Associations informing them that if they did not show cause on or before 60 days after the day on which the notice was given the incorporation of the Associations would be cancelled. The Associations did not show cause within the Allowed Period. Therefore, pursuant to section 147(1) of the Act, the Commissioner orders that the incorporation of the above named Associations be cancelled with effect on and from the date of this order.
