Made by the Director of Energy Safety under s13E(3a) of the Act. This notice is the Gas Appliance Approval Requirements Notice 2022. Specifies requirements for the approval of gas appliances, referencing various Australian and international standards. Revokes the notice published in the Government Gazette dated 30 November 2007 on page 5,941 titled” Technical and Safety Requirements”.
