Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the council of the Shire of Gingin resolved on 21 March 2023 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Gingin Signs and Bill Posting Repeal Local Law 2023. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. The Shire of Gingin By-laws Relating to Signs and Bill Posting published in the Government Gazette on 20 August 1982 are repealed.
