The council of the Town of Mosman Park resolved on 28 March 2023 to make the following local law under the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law commences 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette and applies throughout the district. It repeals clauses 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 46 and 47 of the Town of Mosman Park Health Local Laws 1995.
