Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 48A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, notice MX409 is cancelled as published in the Government Gazette on 14 November 2008 and the following area of water is set aside for water skiing: those waters of Roebuck Bay that are (i) south of 17°57.470′S and (ii) west of 122°15.821′E and (iii) north of 17°58.810′S and (iv) east of a line through 17°58.318′S, 122°14.318′E and 17°58.810′S, 122°14.083′E, excluding both waters within 100 metres of 17°58.318′S, 122°14.318′E and within 100 metres of the shore and any mangroves. All coordinates based on GDA94.
