Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 december 2020, are required by the administrator, australian unity trustees limited of ground floor, 1110 hay street, west perth, western australia to send particulars of their claims within one month of today’s date to them, after which date they may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
