These regulations amend the shipping and pilotage (ports and harbours) regulations 1966. In schedule 1a division 1 in the item for the port of wyndham delete “plan 1396 01 01b” and insert: plan 1396 01 01c. In schedule 1a division 2 delete the plan for the port of wyndham and insert:

Requires creditors and other persons with claims against deceased estates to send particulars by 26 October 2026.
Approves an amendment to the Shire of Wyndham-East Kimberley Local Planning Scheme No. 9 to update accommodation definitions and the Zoning Table.
Exempts specified persons and bodies from paying the fee for taking or resitting a theory test.
Requires creditors to send particulars of their claims for undermentioned deceased estates by September 14, 2026.
