Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 19th june 2016, are required by the trustees, antony d’amico and george d’amico to send particulars of their claims to them, c/- beaufort legal, suite 9, [contact details redacted] of western australia within 30 days of this notice, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
